A little over 24 hours later, he shared a short video of him in a Michigan State ballroom, standing beside Fitzgerald, where he announced that he's going to be a Spartan. The decision was met with a big cheer and many back slaps and hugs from Fitzgerald.
Parham is the 10th commitment and first cornerback for the Spartans in a 2027 class that now ranks No. 43 in the nation in 247 Sports' composite rankings.
He is listed as unranked by 247 Sports but is a three-star in Rivals' rankings.
Parham also reportedly had offers from Kansas State and Arkansas State.
