Karl-Anthony Towns was yet again the standout player, as he had a double-double of 21 points and 13 rebounds. It was a well-rounded effort, but Towns' overall impact was amazing on both ends of the floor.

"I needed it to stop. As you go through life, if you lose a parent, you just look for signs, and I'll take any sign I could get, and I prayed to her strong before that possession. I take it as a sign my mom was there with me, so I appreciate her so much," Towns said to Lisa Salters after the Game 2 victory.

As the series progresses, Towns will continue to get the love that he has earned. He has been the Knicks' best player this series, and that is through his contributions on both ends of the floor.
