Texas Tech's appeal to have former Cincinnati Bearcats quarterback Brendan Sorsby's eligibility reinstated was denied by the NCAA, according to multiple reports June 5.
Sorsby's attorneys were seeking a temporary injunction allowing him to play for the Red Raiders in 2026 after the NCAA ruled him ineligible and denied his request for reinstatement.
