FC Lorient look to have found the successor to Olivier Pantaloni. As per a report from L’Équipe, former SCO Angers manager Alexandre Dujeux is set to be appointed as the club’s new manager.
Pantaloni excelled in the role at the Moustoir. Having returned the club to Ligue 1 at the first time of asking, he then led them to a mid-table finish last season. Despite exceeding expectations, he did not renew his expiring deal, citing a perceived lack of trust.

He, therefore, departed. Will Still emerged as the early frontrunner to replace Pantaloni, but AJ Auxerre swooped in for the former RC Lens manager. Dujeux now looks set to take the role. He is free following his exit from Angers earlier this month.
And he is now set to take charge at Lorient. As per L’Équipe, he will arrive at the Breton club with two assistants, including Lamine Mbaye.
